The Computer is a man-made electronic machine that stores, reads, and processes data to produce meaningful information as output. It works very fast and does not make mistakes but its capacity is limited. It operates under the control of a set of instructions that is stored in its memory.

The word "computer" comes from the word "compute" which means "to calculate". Hence people usually consider a computer to be a calculating device that can perform arithmetic operations at high speed. Although the original objective of inventing a computer was to create a fast calculating device, we now define a computer as a device that operates upon data because more than 80% of work is done by today's computer.
As we know that computer is very fast compared to human. And it doesn't make mistakes and the mistakes are caused by humans. But its capacity is limited.
Actually, a computer is a collection of Hardware and Software that is used to do many different tasks. Hardware is the physical part of a computer and Software is a set of instructions that the computer follows to perform a task.

As we know that computers cannot work on their own. The computer does what we want them to do, only we give the right command. And the memory of the computer is better than human memory. It cannot forget anything, So it is called Artificial Intelligence.
