Curriculum Vitae and Bio Data

Curriculum Vitae is a Latin word whose meaning is "course of life". Curriculum Vitae is also known as C.V. Some people think that resume and CV are the same but resume and CV both are different. CV and resume are mostly used for the job but the work of these are not the same.

The Curriculum Vitae is more detailed than a resume paper, generally, it has two or three pages but sometimes it can have longer as per requirements, but there is no limit of pages in a CV document. In a Curriculum Vitae(C.V.)  document every skill, all the jobs and positions held, degrees, professional affiliations, and applicant have been described briefly, and in chronological order.

A C.V. is used to highlight the general talent of the candidate rather than specific skills for a specific position. C.V. talks about your entire career ever since you graduated. So if you have 20 years of experience, your C.V. will have details of the entire 20 years even if it means a 10-pages document.
